Compression Head™ Oculus™ Phase Plugs

Our unique Compression Head™ architecture allows for increased low frequency horn path length while reducing overall product depth.  The Compression Head™ combines the output of multiple woofers and directs the combined output into the entry of the low frequency horn mouth.

Each woofer is loaded with an Oculus™ phase plug which extends the useable bandwidth of the woofers, allowing the low frequency section of the AHC/AHS to mesh smoothly with the high frequency compression drivers.

The Compression Head and Oculus Phase Plug design allow for AHC and AHS products to maintain very high sensitivity and extremely consistent low frequency character over a wide range of output.
