Fete Music Hall
Fete Music Hall is a boutique New England live-music venue dedicated to providing innovative music programming to diverse audiences. Fete has two main performance spaces, as well as a ballroom that accommodates approximately 800, and a lounge for around 100 customers.
Challenges
- Transforming the steel and concrete structure from a warehouse into a state-of-the-art performance space required overcoming some significant acoustical challenges.
Solution
Fulcrum products proved the perfect fit for this challenging live-music venue. For the ballroom, six 3-way DX1565 loudspeakers, three per side, served as the room’s main PA – providing the required SPLs and pattern control within compact enclosures that would typically house a conventional 2-way system. Four DX1595 loudspeakers were added for side fills. Four Prophile S Dual 8 inch speakers were deployed on the stage lip as a front fill system. A total of eight FA12 coaxial loudspeakers with rotatable horns provided the broad coverage required for live-music stage monitors. Finally, two DX1295 speakers and four TS221 subwoofers provided Fulcrum’s signature clarity and concert-level low frequency impact to the venue’s upper-level lounge.
